100% Live Arrival Guarantee

Paradise Corals guarantee all corals to arrive alive only when delivered the next day. We will never sell or ship a coral that is not 100% guaranteed to arrive alive. Paradise Corals is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or mistakes made by the shipping carrier.


Shipping

Paradise Corals will never ship an item with out confirmation from you on the shipping day. We will also offer to hold the coral up to 7 days after the transaction is finalized.
For every shipment Paradise Corals requires signature to receive your order (if voided we will not offer 100% Live Arrival).
Orders can be shipped thru FedEx or USPS.

Shipping thru FedEx is flat rate of $50.
Shipping thru USPS is flat rate of $35 (if delivery can be made the next day).
Please inquire about discount shipping on orders over $350.

All items are shipped in styrofoam box. If required we will provide heat or ice packs.


Dead on arrival

In case the item arrives dead you must:

- Have received and signed for the item on the first attempt made by the carrier.
- Notify Paradise Corals via email with in 2 hours of the delivery.
- Email picture of the DOA item as soon as possible and no later then by the end of business day.

If these conditions are not met your 100% Arrive Alive Guarantee is voided.

If these conditions are met you will receive 100% store credit for the purchase of live stock. We can not issue credit for the shipping fees. Store credit can not be used towards shipping fees. Credit can only be used towards new live stock purchase! Items purchased with store credit will not be replaced or new credit will not be issued.
